DIRECTIONS ~~ A poem!

Is reality too heavy today?

Come on now, close your eyes

let your mind see for once

let it wander away to the places

you never saw with opened eyes

Tread the long road, filled with flowers

of spring, their fragrance fresh and sweet

until a smile escapes your cheeks

Walk a little further to peace,

dropping all your worries

The flowers die of your sufferings,

couldn’t endure, the agonies of the world

how could you alone hold?

Don’t look back, don’t turn

release the horrors and ache on this path

it is trained, to carry and absorb,

the sorrows of rains

Walk a little further,

to see the rainbows and sunny terrains,

it makes you lose all the pain

the sky is smiling down at you,

look deep into its eyes, feel the compassion and love,

love deeper than you know or will ever do

Your shoulders start to feel light

the future seems a little bright

Walk a little further,

breathe in and out, in and out

Slowly ready to rewind,

find your way back to me

turn where the road bends,

and we will meet at the intersection of reality

where the imagination ends….
