IF I SURVIVE THE CORONAVIRUS

Currently many countries are under lockdown, if not a lockdown it is advised to home quarantine yourself and avoid social gatherings and outings. It is quite understandable and necessary at the moment especially for the counties that are highly populated like India and the chances of spread are tremendous. So, I am performing my duty as a diligent citizen and I am staying home to avoid any contamination to protect myself, my family and everyone around me. But that does not mean that we aren’t allowed to dream. There are a couple of things that I want to do which is not possible at this moment. So, I have made a list of things that I would do as soon as the stop sign on our life is lifted ----

WAXING – let me be frank with you all, most girls avoiding waxing in winters and I am one of those beauties. Now the summers are upon us and so is the coronavirus which has delayed my summer- shenanigan. The first thing I have to do is to get rid of the them hair. The amazing thing is that the salon aunty won't be able to pester me this time about being irregular with waxing because I will blame the virus, silver lining!

GORGING ON GOLGAPPA  I miss the street food and most of all golgappe. Golgappa, panipuri, puchka; many names but one soul. The yummiest soul I have ever had, also the only soul I have ever had. I know people say they are unhygienic and unhealthy but they taste like heaven! If you can’t risk diarrhea for Gopgappe, I don’t even want to know you anymore. Come on, we all should take a risk in life especially when it leads to something so tasty. I will run to my nearest market and have yummy golgappas as soon as the stupid coronavirus goes away! Do you know any amazing Golgappe-wali markets?

REUNITING WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY – though I am a self-confessed introvert, I do appreciate spending time with other human beings. It is a common misconception that introverts just like to spend all their time indoors and they hate talking to other people and blah blah. Just shut up already, okay. We introverts like to socialize, probably not as much as extroverts and definitely not with as many people as extroverts. WE ALSO LIKE TO MAKE FRIENDS AND MAINTAIN THOSE FRIENDSHIPS!  I am missing my friends and I will meet them all as soon as I can!

PRATEEK KUHAD CONCERT  Upon suggestions from my friend I started listening to Prateek Kuhad’s songs and they are amazing, the most amazing ever! I am not a music person; I can listen to songs only up to an hour and sometimes even less on alternate days, probably once a week. But his songs are too good to ignore. Therefore, I have decided to go to his next concert/live performance when social distancing is not in trend anymore. Again, I am not a concert person but I want to try it for his melodious songs. If somebody wants to go with me, you are most welcome to join!

MY FAVS ARE COLD MESS, BEPARWAAH AND RAAT RAZI!!

SHOPPING!! I am craving for clothes, shoes, everything! I will buy some new clothes, a dress maybe, one or two pairs of footwear, an island probably.

I REALLY LOVE THESE ROUND CROSSBODY BAGS!

PLAN A HOLIDAY   As soon as I am free to leave the four walls of my house, I will plan a holiday.
Maybe to the beaches
YEH TO BAHUT MEHENGA HOGA!!

Or the mountains

GAREEBO KA SWITZERLAND!
I will probably end up going to Shimla with my family. Anyways, it is very important to stay positive right now, so make a list of things you will do right after this is over! DREAM BIG!

Stay home, stay safe and if you like my blog do share it; Sharing is Caring 😊!
