My Life in a Snapshot: Planning is the key to monotony!
I don't know who dictated the rules of life. The first people? I don't think so. I guess they were so busy escaping from the wild animals they hardly had any time to make economic policies and plans. Then who were these people? My father would say somebody from Mahabharata might have been the mastermind behind the life we are living today. My question to that person is, Why did you complicate things so much, dude?
Life
would have been easier without economics and jobs to losing. Surely, we won't be
subjected to certain luxuries and benefits like mobile phones or
bathrooms, but I think it would have been worth a shot.
So, as I
was saying my life was pre-planned by someone, someone very intelligent. I
began my quest for living by going to school of course. What is say
about school? The best place on Earth. The carefree times, the first romances. Of
course, which isn't true for many Indian students particularly those who study
science (and medical) and those who are not favored by puberty.
School becomes a walk of shame and scar us for lives. Keeping all that aside,
it is still the most stress-free time for any person (until college entrances,
of course). What can I say about the college entrances other than the fact that
they are the most soul-sucking experience a person can have?
Anyways,
then you begin college and suddenly life becomes better for a few years. You
meet your herd, the weirdos who are meant to be with you throughout the
lifeline of the dreadful experience of attending lectures that you aren't
interested in. Just as you are about to be done with college you realize
that, oh god career 'bnana toh bhul gye yaar.'
Then you
do the obvious, another college but this time with more stress and seriousness.
If you have lived your life like this, then my friend you aren't alone.
But it is
only when your life halts for a few months, you get a sense of epiphany
that somebody played with me! I wish I had done something else in my life
like that other degree followed by some other degree. I would have been another
kind of engineer today! I would have been working in some other multinational
today, with more money. Or I would have been a famous cook on YouTuber but
also the food I made kinda sucked. Then I would have been a model, hate
exercising tough. Actor then? Can't act!
Oh God,
the planner of life was right then? Ummm, what can I say he was in
Mahabharata.
What would have been my life without this plan? A secret spy living in a cave, definitely!
Loved it!
